Effective 1 January 2026, a new Group Board will be established with the appointment of four new directors.
The Board will set the strategic direction for MRE Group, define key performance indicators, and establish the Group’s risk appetite and growth objectives. Acting independently, the directors will provide expert oversight to ensure long-term, forward-looking decision-making. The Board will meet regularly to monitor progress and ensure targets are met.
