The SKA offices scheme consists of more than a hundred ‘good practice’ measures that cover energy and CO2 emissions, waste, water, materials, pollution, wellbeing, and transport. This guidance is freely available along with an online assessment tool that can be used informally or for formal certification using a RICS SKA ratings accredited assessor.
